HOW WEIGHT WATCHERS® MEETINGS WORK
Each meeting is a discussion guided by your Leader, with a new topic every time. One week, the topic might be strategies for curbing stress eating, and the next week might center on favorite foods and recipes. You’ll gather insights from the group and contribute your own—or just listen. This combined with the insights of the Leader and the individuals within the group make each meeting unique.
After your first meeting, you’ll stay for a brief getting started session. The Leader explains what to expect and how to follow the food plans, and will give you a chance to ask additional questions.
You attend Meetings once a week for less than an hour. There’s no contract, so you pay as you go or you can purchase one of our PASSES (4 week, 12 week or Season). Pass purchasers pay no registration fee, save on the weekly meeting fee (12 week & Season), enjoy faster weekly check-ins and strengthen their weight- loss commitment.

COACHING AND EXCHANGE
Enjoy support from your Meeting leader who lost weight with Weight Watchers, is a trained expert in the program and is committed to your success.
